When can I move in?

We love welcoming new neighbors! If we have a unit available that fits your needs, you can move in immediately. Simply stop by our office during our business hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 1pm) to sign your lease. Once the paperwork is done, you can drive right up and start storing!

How much notice do I need to give before I move out?

We know life changes fast, so we keep things flexible. We rent on a month-to-month basis. We simply ask that you give us a standard 10-day notice (or contact us as soon as you know) before you plan to vacate your unit. This helps us prepare the space for the next customer!

What documents do I need to rent a storage unit?

To secure your unit in West Springfield, we require a valid government-issued ID. A driver’s license, state ID, or passport works perfectly.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

Not at all! We believe in flexibility. All our rentals are month-to-month, meaning you are never locked into a long-term contract unless you specifically request one. This is ideal for students, temporary moves, or seasonal storage needs.

Does someone need to be in the office for me to access my unit?

No, you have total independence! When you rent with us, you gain access to our secure, fenced facility via our electronic gate system. You can visit your unit or your parked vehicle 7 days a week between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, even when the office is closed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We want to make paying your rent as easy as possible. We offer a convenient Online Bill Pay system so you can pay from anywhere. We also accept major credit cards, checks, and money orders.

How do I know which unit size I need?

We are here to help you find the perfect fit so you don't pay for space you don't use! Whether you need a small closet-sized unit or indoor vehicle parking, give us a call at 413-732-5926. We are happy to discuss what you are storing and recommend the most efficient size.

Can I stop by to view the facility and storage spaces?

Absolutely! We invite you to visit our facility at 920 Memorial Ave. Our friendly staff is available for tours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am to 1pm. Come check out our easy-access drive-up units and see the difference for yourself!

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring a lock at the time of move-in to secure their unit immediately. However, if you don't have one or forget yours, don’t worry! We sell high-quality locks and moving boxes right here in our office.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

For the safety of all our customers and our community, we cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or perishables (food).
